Meet the Team

Ronak has a multi-disciplined background in finance and property and has a successful track record of building investor relationships with private individuals and family offices across the UK, East Africa and the Middle East. Ronak was an Executive Director at Lehman Brothers, both in London and New York, where he spent 13 years in various roles both in Fixed Income and Equities. Since 2008, he has been involved in a number of entrepreneurial ventures including the development of 7 flats in London with a GDV of £10M. Ronak graduated with a degree in Mathematics and a MSc in Operational Research from the London School of Economics. Ronak is a keen cyclist and squash enthusiast.

Vivek has over 20 years’ experience in finance, including 7 years at Deutsche Bank both in London and New York. He worked his way up from a graduate on the secured lending desk to managing a billion pound loan portfolio. After that, he spent 4 years at Threadneedle Asset Management as a portfolio manager of property-backed loans. More recently, Vivek was Chief Investment Officer at a single-family office which engaged in property development and property-backed lending. Vivek worked at two start up banks – he was Head of Treasury at OakNorth Bank and Head of Market Risk at CCB Bank. Vivek graduated with first class honours in Economics from UCL and was a CFA charterholder. Vivek is a film fanatic, known in the office to remember movie scene’s word for word.

Charlotte is an M&A lawyer-turned-entrepreneur. She trained at Accura, one of Denmark’s largest law firms before taking a role as in-house legal in the pharmaceutical sector. Charlotte is now engaged in a tech gaming start-up in London. Charlotte holds a bachelor degree from Copenhagen Business School in Business, Language and Culture and is a Candidate of Law from Copenhagen University.

With an extensive background spanning over 15 years in financial services sales, Ian brings a wealth of experience to our team. He has a decade of specialised knowledge in lending, covering long-term and short-term financing. Most recently, Ian served as the Head of Sales at Aspen Bridging. Ian’s primary role is to provide invaluable support to our introducers by ensuring transparency and clarity throughout the entire process. He consistently goes above and beyond to guarantee successful outcomes for our clients. In his leisure time, Ian is a devoted parent of two young children, which keeps him occupied during the weekends. Whether it’s attending swimming classes, organizing kids’ parties, or sneaking in a few minutes to indulge in his passion for football or F1, Ian is dedicated to both his professional and personal pursuits.

Jacob is a Business Development Manager responsible for developing new client relations and managing existing ones. He graduated with first class honours in Economics, Finance and Banking from the University of Portsmouth. Jacob enjoys an active lifestyle, competing in a range of sports including basketball and clay pigeon shooting at regional level. His passion however is motorsport, which he’ll happily talk about over a beer any day of the week.

George was previously an administrator for an independent mortgage broker. George joined Access Commercial Funding for his placement year and after graduating with a first class honours in Financial Management from the university of Portsmouth, he re-joined the team as an Underwriter. During his degree, George was awarded an Achievement of Excellence. George enjoys his free time on the water in anything from a kayak to sailboat.

After interning at Access Commercial Funding as a Loan Monitoring Officer, Garv went on to complete his honours degree in Industrial Economics at the University of Nottingham.

Since then, Garv has gained considerable experience in a wide range of real estate work, including commercial leases and advising premium clients on the structuring and disposal of all types of properties.

In his spare time, Garv likes to play football and squash.

Abdallah is an Underwriter and is responsible for underwriting new deals. He graduated with an honours degree in Law from the University of Exeter. Since then Abdallah has gained significant experience in the financial world, including at a wealth management firm and a financial platform start-up. In his free time Abdallah enjoys playing tennis and is enthusiastic about film.

Carys is our loan monitoring officer and is responsible for the back-end processing of loans post completion. She studied Accounting with finance at the University of Portsmouth during which she gained insight into management accounting. Carys loves to travel and enjoys films.
